BioThis is going to be my weight loss journal.
I am trying to have weight loss surgery and it's a process so I need somewhere to talk about it. And sometimes, I feel like I need a confessor or two to say OMG I just age 5 donuts!!!!!
Which I really don't plan on doing.
Also, it's a good place for anyone else to discuss what's going on. If they ate something bad themselves or maybe did 100 crunches instead of the regular 250. (I might call you a dirty name behind your back but I"ll still love you!)
So if you're willing to join me in this, stick around.
